This article aims to carry out a reading of post-revolutionary Moscow society, analyzing, based on the reports contained in Moscow Diary, written by Walter Benjamin in the period between December 6, 1926 and the end of January 1927, the representations of the marginal city and its “invisible” characters, whether in the dimensions of work, consumption or the city.
