Database, digital files and the historian’s role

Abstract

This article addresses the topic of digital files from the perspective of the role that historians should play in the relevant debates . Digital files are for , as far as the interest of historians , the construction of databases , document scanning and conceptions about how the organization should be directed and storage of digital documents known as born.
