The article analyzes the relationships among heritage, archive, and memory based on the process of heritage-making in the Peace Agreement carried out between the Government of Colombia and the Farc-EP. The main point of discussion is the relationship among the cultural property of archival character of documentary interest, the documentary-monumental logic, and memory as a plural and open representation of the past that activates performative acts and memory militancy.
